You retain all ownership rights to the images and text you upload. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, and permissions to upload this content. You agree not to upload copyrighted materials, trademarks, or the likeness of private individuals without their explicit consent.
By uploading Input, you grant TwistedScript a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, host, and process your Input solely for the purpose of generating your requested Output and improving our safety filters.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, TwistedScript assigns to you all its rights, title, and interest in and to the Output generated by your Input. Please note that copyright laws regarding AI-generated works vary by jurisdiction, and we make no guarantees regarding your ability to claim copyright ownership over the Output.

At TwistedScript, we make every effort to provide you with the highest quality, most creatively accurate AI image generation possible. We champion creative freedom; however, the safety, dignity, and protection of minors are our absolute highest priorities.
By using our Service, you acknowledge and agree that we employ automated safety systems designed to detect the presence of minors in user-uploaded content. To ensure a safe environment and prevent the depiction of children in violent, gory, or otherwise inappropriate contexts, we reserve the right to automatically modify, adapt, tone down, or entirely reject any prompt or generation. We will always prioritize the protection of minors over strict adherence to your creative prompt, and we hold no liability for outputs that are altered or blocked by these necessary safety guardrails.
All payments, subscriptions, and credit purchases are processed securely through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy.
Due to the high compute costs associated with AI generation, all sales of digital credits or subscription fees are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with your purchases.
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind. Because the Service utilizes artificial intelligence, TwistedScript does not guarantee that the Output will always be accurate, appropriate, or exactly as intended. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TwistedScript shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the Service, the Output, or your inability to use the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page or by sending an email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
