Every greeting card order ships completely free to all supported destinations, no minimum spend required. Greeting cards are shipped from production facilities in the US and EU for fast, reliable delivery.
All products are made to order. Once you place your order, it enters our production queue and is typically processed within:

After production is complete, your order is shipped via standard postal service. Estimated delivery times (after dispatch) vary by destination:

Total delivery time = production time + shipping time. These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, local postal delays, or other factors beyond our control.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (where available). You can use this to monitor your delivery progress.
Please note that tracking information may take 24β48 hours to become active after dispatch.
For orders shipped outside the UK, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total.
We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us at contact@twistedscript.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund.
Please include your order number and photos of any damage when contacting us.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address.
