At Twisted Script, we offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. Our products are printed on demand and shipped directly from our global network of production facilities to ensure fast delivery and reduced environmental impact.

Free Worldwide Shipping

We provide free standard shipping to all countries worldwide. There are no hidden fees, surcharges, or minimum order requirements. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.

Processing & Production Time

All products are made to order. Once you place your order, it enters our production queue and is typically processed within:

  • Posters & Prints: 1–3 business days
  • Framed Prints: 2–4 business days
  • Canvas & Metal Prints: 2–5 business days
  • Acrylic Panels: 3–6 business days
  • Greeting Cards: 1–2 business days

Processing times may be longer during peak periods (e.g., holidays).

Delivery Time

After production is complete, your order will be shipped via standard postal service. Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

United Kingdom

3–5 business days

Europe

5–8 business days

United States

5–10 business days

Rest of World

7–14 business days

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, local postal delays, or other factors beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (where available). You can use this to monitor your delivery progress.

Please note that tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become active after dispatch.

International Orders & Customs

For orders shipped outside the UK, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total.

We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund.

Please include your order number and photos of any damage when contacting us.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Important: Check Your Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address.
