Hello! We're so happy you chose Twisted Script to bring your AI-generated art to life. Because every item we ship is printed specifically for you on-demand, our return and refund process is a little different from a standard shop. We've kept it simple and fair to ensure you have the best experience possible.

1. The “Bespoke” Nature of Our Art

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, the standard 14-day “cooling-off” or cancellation period does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalised.

Because every print at Twisted Script is custom-made to your order through our printing partner (Gelato), we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind, order the wrong size, or decide you no longer want the print.

2. If Your Order is Damaged or Faulty

While we strive for perfection, sometimes things happen during transit or at the printing press. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if we sent you the wrong item, we will make it right.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for faulty goods.

How to report an issue:

Snap a photo — Take a clear photo of the damage or defect, plus a photo of the shipping label and packaging.

Email us — Send the photos and your order number to [email protected] within 14 days of delivery.

3.

Sit back — We'll coordinate with our printing partner to get a replacement sent out to you immediately at no extra cost. In most cases, you won't even need to send the faulty item back — you can keep it or recycle it.

3. Refunds

Because all our products are custom-printed on demand, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or if you simply decide you no longer want the item. You must report any issue within 7 days of receiving your order.

However, we will issue a full refund (including shipping) in the following cases:

Eligible for a full refund:

Your item arrived damaged, defective, or misprinted and a replacement is not possible or not desired.

We sent you the wrong item entirely.

Your order was lost in transit and the carrier confirms it cannot be located.

Your order has not been dispatched yet and you contact us to cancel before production begins.

How refunds work:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (the card or payment used at checkout).

Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed and appear on your statement.

There are no restocking fees. In most cases we will offer a free replacement first. If you'd prefer a refund instead, just let us know.

If a return is required, items must be sent back by post in new condition. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.

4. Colour Accuracy

We do our best to represent the colours of our art accurately on our website. However, please keep in mind that every computer monitor and phone screen displays colours differently (RGB). The physical print (CMYK) may vary slightly in tone or vibrance from what you see on your screen. This is a standard part of the printing process and is not considered a manufacturing defect.

5. Incorrect Addresses & Unclaimed Packages

Please double-check your shipping address! Twisted Script cannot be held responsible if a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to the print studio, we may have to charge a re-shipping fee to send it out to you again.

Please do not send items back to this address without contacting us first. Because we use a global network of print studios, your return may need to be handled differently to ensure your refund or replacement is processed correctly.
