Payment Policy

This Payment Policy explains how you pay for products and digital credits at Twisted Script, which payment methods we accept, and how pricing, currency, and taxes are handled. By placing an order you agree to the terms below. This policy sits alongside our Terms of Service.

All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor, Stripe, on SSL-protected pages. We never see or store your full card details on our servers — your payment information is sent directly to Stripe, a certified PCI Service Provider Level 1 (the highest level of certification available in the payments industry).

By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy.

Availability of specific wallets (Apple Pay / Google Pay) depends on your device and browser.

All product prices are displayed inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices are shown in GBP (£) or USD ($) depending on your location, and can be changed using the currency selector.

The price displayed on the product page and at checkout is the price you pay, plus any applicable flat-rate shipping fee. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout before you confirm your order. For delivery details and rates, see our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Payment is taken in full at the point of checkout, before your order is confirmed. You will receive an email confirmation once your payment has been successfully processed.

Because our products are personalised and printed on demand, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it or issue a full refund.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to appear on your statement. Full eligibility and steps are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

You are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with your purchases. For international orders, import duties or customs fees may apply on arrival and are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are set by the destination country and are not collected by Twisted Script.

To protect our customers, Stripe may carry out fraud and security checks on transactions, including 3D Secure authentication (such as a one-time code from your bank). We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order we reasonably believe to be fraudulent or unauthorised. If you notice a charge you don't recognise, please contact us straight away.
